Andrew Tate took part in a sexualised video involving a child, with dozens of images and footage allegedly stored on devices, according to UK prosecutors.
The influencer is accused of creating or sharing indecent images of a child who was 17 at the time, including dozens classified as Category A – the most serious level.
Newly filed court documents on Monday, which have been filed as part of the UK’s extradition request, allege that police discovered 168 indecent images and videos of a girl on Tate’s devices, the Telegraph has reported.
This comes after he was arrested in July 2015 on suspicion of rape and sexual assault.
The child is believed to have been 17 years old when the videos were taken, according to court documents, and British prosecutors allege that Tate, who was 28 at the time, was aware she was underage.

The videos allegedly included 66 Category A images and 26 Category B images found on a Samsung mobile and a laptop reportedly seized from Tate’s home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, after his 2015 arrest.
At least one video allegedly showed Tate with the girl in a sexualised context, with prosecutors also accusing him of later sharing footage on WhatsApp.
One Category B video allegedly showed Tate sitting on a bed while the girl, wearing lingerie, was positioned behind him and kissing his neck before a female adult joins and begins kissing the child.
The girl had travelled to the UK in 2014 and began working for Tate’s webcam business soon afterwards, according to the documents.
Her passport, which was found in Tate’s home, confirmed she was 17 at the time of his arrest in July 2015.
Tate is accused of sharing videos of the girl with three other people in a WhatsApp group in June 2015 where he allegedly boasted that she worked for his webcam business and one man had offered to pay $1,000 (£750) every day if she performed a specific sexual act on camera.
Tate went on to appear on Big Brother in 2016 but was removed from the show after six episodes when producers were made aware of a video showing him hitting a woman with a belt.

The full case against Tate includes allegations of rape, assault, human trafficking, controlling prostitution for gain, and possession of extreme pornography.
The UK formally asked the U.S. to extradite him in September.
Both Tate and his brother, Tristan, later moved their webcam business to Romania and were arrested in Romania, where they had later moved their webcam business, in 2022 as part of a human-trafficking investigation.
Romanian authorities indicted the pair, but they were released on house arrest.
After British authorities applied for further warrants for their arrest in 2024, the two were arrested in Miami in July 2026.
UK authorities have now filed a formal request to extradite the brothers from the US to face a total of 59 charges, including rape and sex trafficking.
The brothers have denied the accusations and said their interactions with women had always been consensual.
