- OpenReplay session recordings are processed on our systems at openreplay.nottinfra.co.uk (ingested via openreplay-ingest.nottinfra.co.uk) to understand usability issues; recordings are only started after analytics consent.
Where avoidable, these tools are not used to identify you personally — we do not knowingly link analytics or replay data to an individual's name or contact details unless you have provided that information and consented to that level of tracking.
