Twitch streamer Angryginge has revealed he is leaving the Bov Boys, the YouTube collective known for sharing videos of the group completing different challenges.

The 24-year-old YouTuber, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, left fans heartbroken as he announced his departure in a joint post shared on Instagram.

The I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner said “the story ends here” as he bid emotional farewell to the group.

He said: “I know this isn’t the news you were expecting, however, it’s the news that is here.

“Before I go any further, I just want to say THANK YOU! Thank you for all the love for the BOV Boys these last 12-18 months. Without you, the memories, support and love wouldn’t have been the same.

“The BOV Boys themselves are my brothers for life and I love them all as one. But in life, you never know where your story ends, and for me and BOV, the story ends here.”

He added: “It’s been an amazing time, with memories I will take to my grave, from Benidorm to our first ever recording in London.”

The collective comprises Angryginge, Chazzer (Charlie Clark), Tays (Michael Taylor), Jakey (Jakey Davies) and Heinz Baines (Ryan McCaul).

Their content ranges from drunk boxing to opening up fake ventures including a salon, pizza restaurant and car wash.

Since launching in 2025, the Bov Boys have amassed more than half a million subscribers on their YouTube channel and in excess of 350,000 followers on Instagram.

To mark his departure, the group shared a video teasing a fake funeral, which will be published on Friday.

He added: “I’ll still be with the boys most days on stream and sharing memories every week as usual.

“This hasn’t been an easy decision, but the boys will smash it without me and maybe you’ll prefer it. I’m wishing them nothing but the best of luck.”

The social media star was crowned King of the Jungle of I’m A Celebrity in December 2025.

He faced down enormous spiders, tackled a menu of jungle “delicacies” that included ox tongue and crocodile anus, and even attempted a stomach-turning drinking trial with his new friend Aitch.

Along the way, he grew a new legion of fans while defending Taylor Swift during a campfire debate and opening up about wanting to find love as well as crying over feeling homesick and missing his family.
