Liverpool will face Bournemouth, while holders Manchester City take on Bradford in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.

Both Liverpool and Man City required a penalty shootout to get past Premier League opposition in Chelsea and Brighton respectively in the fourth round on Wednesday night, and have been handed home ties in the next round.

For the Reds, they welcome in-form Bournemouth to Anfield as Andoni Iraola is reunited with his former club for a second time this season after overseeing a 1-0 win at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League last month.

Man City, meanwhile, have been handed a dream quarter-final tie, taking on League One side Bradford at the Etihad Stadium.

Bradford are through to the EFL Cup quarter-finals for the first time since they reached Wembley in 2013, but have a daunting task ahead of them when they travel to Manchester before Christmas.

Fleetwood’s reward for beating Premier League champions Arsenal on Tuesday night is another home tie, though they will have to wait until Thursday to find out their opponents as Everton face Newcastle in the final fourth round clash.

Crystal Palace beat Fulham to ease the pressure on head coach Pierre Sage and will be at home in the quarter-finals against Sunderland after they beat Brentford 3-2 at the Stadium of Light.

Carabao Cup quarter-final ties are pencilled in for the week commencing December 14th.
