The House Judiciary Committee Democrats have released a damning report outlining Donald Trump’s involvement in the Epstein files and the government’s ‘efforts to cover it up’.
The 50-page report, titled ‘The Case Against Donald Trump Emerging in the Epstein Files and DOJ’s Desperate Efforts to Cover It Up’, wraps up by saying there is ‘more than sufficient evidence to launch a criminal investigation’.
The report, released just days before the neck-and-neck midterm elections, comes as more supporters of Trump are souring on the President for his alleged mishandling of the Epstein files.
The Epstein issue has prompted a wider outpouring of frustration with the President’s policies.
The damning report also outlines Attorney General Todd Blanche’s so-called ‘conflicts of interest’ with the case, and accuses Trump’s Justice Department of not sharing relevant evidence with state and foreign law enforcement.
Allegations in the new report

One section was titled ‘The Cover-Up: Donald Trump’s Many Brazen Lies AboutHis Relationship to Jeffrey Epstein and DOJ’s Relentless Cover-Up for Trump and other Probable Accomplices and Co-conspirators.’
In it, multiple alleged lies were outlined. One was Trump claiming he kicked Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago for being a ‘creep’.
‘This claim is demonstrably false and contradicted by an authoritative source: Donald Trump himself,’the report read.
A redacted document showing a conversation between Trump, his Mar-a-Lago manager, and his lawyers showed Trump stated that
Epstein ‘was never asked to leave’ Mar-a-Lago.
Another debunked narrative mentioned in the document was that Trump knew ‘nothing’ of Epstein’s criminal activity with minors.
The report adds: ‘Recently released files, however, show that Trump indeed knew about Epstein’s crimes and lied when he denied it. In 2019, Epstein sent an email to reporter Michael Wolff that said, “Of course [Trump] knew about the girls as he asked ghislaine [sic] to stop.”
‘The Palm Beach Chief of Police also informed FBI that Donald Trump called him in 2006, saying, “[T]hank goodness you’re stopping him, everyone has known he’s been doing this.”

Flight logs included in the report also showed that Trump was indeed a passenger on Epstein’s plane, despite him claiming to have never been on the plane or his island.
The disturbing birthday note to Epstein which features a drawing of an underage child, which appears to be signed by Trump, was also mentioned in the report.
It concluded by writing: ‘There is more than enough evidence that many
individuals other than Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell may have committed a crime. This includes Donald Trump.
‘To cover up this inconvenient truth, DOJ has actively obstructed the
Epstein investigation into any co-conspirators, attempted to prevent the release of the Epstein files, and then released an incomplete and heavily redacted set to the public—all while withholding key information about Trump in the process.
‘As a result, this investigation has given a pass to all the individuals who took part in this decades-long, multibillion-dollar international sex trafficking ring that victimized over 1,000 women and girls.’
Donald Trump has consistently denied any wrongdoing or involvement with Epstein.
