
A man has appeared in court charged with causing the death by dangerous driving of a father of five from County Fermanagh.
Daniel Lavelle died at the scene of a crash between a car and a lorry in Lisnaskea on 25 September, 2024.
The 40 year old, who lived in Donagh, was travelling in the car at the time of the collision at the junction of the Moughley Road and Crom Road.
Niall Connolly, 49, of Clonshaugh Heights in Clonshaugh, Dublin, spoke in court to confirm his name and to say he was pleading not guilty.
Members of Mr Lavelle's family were at the court in Belfast for the hearing.
The accused was released on continuing bail after the case was adjourned.
The next hearing is due to take place in Dungannon, County Tyrone, on 8 September, ahead of the timetabling of a trial.
