A playboy aristocrat has married a 25-year-old heiress after breaking up with his Hollywood star fiancée 48 years her senior.
Garrett Moore, son of the Earl of Drogheda, married Hope Chilton, daughter of US investment billionaire Richard Lockwood Chilton Jr, in a low-key London wedding.
Moore got engaged to Ms Chilton last year when his previous engagement to Seventies pin-up Colleen Camp – who at 73 is 33 years his senior and the same age as his mother – ended without them marrying.
Moore, 40, is a society party planner renowned for hosting extravagant parties attended by stars including Kate Moss, Sienna Miller and Harry Styles.
His surprisingly low-profile wedding was held at St Sophia's Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Bayswater in spring- with the marriage only coming to public attention now.
A source close to the couple told the Daily Mail the wedding was 'attended by a small group of close friends and family'.
Ms Chilton wore an elegant white satin gown to the ceremony in May. Her engagement to Moore came after his previous engagement to actress Colleen Camp was called off.
The then couple had announced plans to marry in 2020, when Garrett was 34 and Colleen was 67.

The Seventies pin-up, who appeared in films including Apocalypse Now, Clue and two of the Police Academy movies, attracted widespread attention due to the age gap, although she later insisted their proposed wedding was 'a joke that went too far', adding: 'We never even kissed.'
Moore himself jokingly compared their romance to The Graduate, the 1967 film in which Dustin Hoffman's young character is seduced by an older woman. Ms Camp described their relationship at the time as 'magical'.
'We have had a magical and wonderful relationship over the last few years,' she told the Daily Mail's Richard Eden in 2020. The pair are believed to have separated that year.
When they got engaged, a source close to the couple told the Daily Mail: 'Garrett and Hope are a perfect match. She is warm, smart and unpretentious and they are incredibly happy together. Both families are delighted.'
Ms Chilton is the youngest of Richard and Maureen's four children.
The bride's father has an estimated fortune of more than $1billion and owns Crichel House, a Grade I-listed Georgian country estate in Dorset.
The estate was reported at the time to have attracted the interest of the then Prince Charles as a possible home for Prince William and Kate, before Richard and his wife Maureen bought it for a reported £34million in 2013.
The property includes the 25-room main house, 1,500 acres of parkland and 50 cottages. The mansion also provided a backdrop for the 1996 Oscar-winning film Emma, starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Ewan McGregor.
Richard – a vice chairman of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York – and his wife have since extensively restored the historic house.
Moore is the younger son of the earl and his wife Alexandra, Countess of Drogheda, 73, a former producer at the BBC. His elder brother Ben Moore, 43, is Viscount Moore and heir to the earldom.
The earl has captured some of the world's most famous figures, including the late Princess Diana and her sons Princes William and Harry when they were young.
Ms Chilton grew up in the US and attended the University of North Carolina before going on to work in the exclusive world of private members' clubs.

Not dissimilar to Meghan Markle, the glamorous American is understood to have crossed the Atlantic to make a new life in the UK with her aristocratic husband – although Ms Chilton already had strong links to the country through her father.
She has worked in membership at Maxime's, Robin Birley's first New York private club, which opened in March last year on Madison Avenue.
Robin, a son of the late Lady Annabel Goldsmith and a longstanding friend of Moore's father, has also collaborated with Moore professionally.
Through his events company, Moore has staged immersive events at Robin's Mayfair flagship, 5 Hertford Street, famed for its discreet glamour and upper-crust clientele.
His clients have included Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Christie's, with guests at his events including It-girls Poppy Delevingne and Alexa Chung.
One of his events at Loulou's, the nightclub inside 5 Hertford Street, had an Alice Through The Looking Glass theme and featured a giant Humpty Dumpty, while a Tokyo-themed London Fashion Week party at the same venue saw guests including Harry Styles and Suki Waterhouse party in a bonsai forest while a cat café was installed in the toilets.
