Four men have been charged in connection with a hate display placed on a bonfire in Moygashel in July.
Three of the men, aged 28, 38 and 58, have been charged with displaying written material to stir up hatred or arouse fear.
A 74-year-old man was also charged with intimidation.
All four men are due to appear before Dungannon Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 16 September.

In July there had been widespread condemnation of the bonfire after a replica of a mosque had been placed on top of it.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) had planned on removing the structure but it had been ignited before they had the chance to do so.
