Waxworks of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been kitted out with suitcases and positioned next to a royal guard to mark their planned return to the UK.
The figures at Madame Tussauds London have been moved to the British “culture capital” zone, to stand among the likes of Sir David Attenborough, Harry Kane and William Shakespeare.
Harry and Meghan will live in a non-royal residence outside of London when they move back and have already enrolled Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet in British schools.
To mark their relocation later this month, the couple’s smiling waxworks are now stood beside a royal guard with a green suitcase for Harry while Meghan’s is navy.
It is not the first time the figures have been moved – in 2019 the couple were split up so the duchess could spend more time with her A-list friends including the Beckhams.

The museum separated Harry and Meghan from the rest of the royal family in 2020 when the couple announced they would “step back” as senior royals and, since then, the duke and duchess have typically been in awards party zone.
“With the surprise news that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are returning to UK shores, we wanted to mark the occasion at Madame Tussauds London,” said Ali King, head of operations at Madame Tussauds London.
“Dressed to impress, they’ll be joining an incredible line-up of British icons, from Sir David Attenborough and Harry Kane to William Shakespeare and many more, making it quite the star-studded British reunion.”
