Heidi Klum transformed into a bloodied severed hand for Halloween.

The Queen of Halloween, as she has become known, celebrated the 25th anniversary of her NYC Halloween party this year, and Klum took it to the next level as she showed up as a severed hand.

The model arrived in a truck covered in red “danger” sings, helped to the ground by actors in yellow hazmat suits.

Klum, 53, was completely unrecognisable arriving at her event in what she described as her own chopped-off "left hand".

And she shared a string of videos to instagram through the day showing how her gruesome costume was put together.

She revealed the idea came to her last year to be a giant hand, specifically her own left hand, with long red nails, a thumb ring, and her engagement ring and wedding band.

“I looked at my hand and I thought, ‘Hey, I think I could fit my body in this somehow,’” Klum said.

A team of prosthetic artists helped put the costume together.

Klum said it took about five to six hours to get into her hand costume this year, but making it took a lot longer.

Her husband, musician Tom Kaulitz, did not attend this year because he was on tour but the details on her costume include a tattoo of his name on her ring finger, along with her palm lines and veins.

“A little bit of Tom is with me,” she said.

The supermodel-turned-TV personality is famous for her extravagant Halloween costumes.

She went viral in 2022 when she arrived at her party on the end of a fishing line, encased in a slithering worm costume.
