A 62-year-old woman critically injured in a crash during a police pursuit died of multiple traumatic injuries, an inquest has heard.
Karen Joseph, from Stratford-upon-Avon, died in hospital on Friday 28 August, four days after the collision involving her Ford Puma and a black Audi A3 on Warwick Road, Coventry Coroner's Court heard.
The driver of the Audi, who was being pursued by police, died at the scene and was named on Thursday as 19-year-old Roman Kalas.
Both hearings, which were held an hour apart and lasted about five minutes each, were attended by lead investigator Patrick Cragg from the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), which is investigating due to the police pursuit.
Cragg said a post-mortem examination was not carried out on Joseph, but doctors were satisfied that she suffered multiple traumatic injuries consistent with a road traffic collision.
Kalas died as a result of traumatic head and chest injuries when his car collided with the Ford Puma driven by Joseph at about 17:40 BST on 24 August.

The court heard the teenager was from the Sutton Coldfield area.
In an earlier statement, the IOPC said an officer in a single-crewed car began the pursuit after Kalas failed to stop for police on Birmingham Road and the vehicle's sirens were activated and emergency lights were on.
The officer followed his car for about six minutes, as it made off in the direction of the A46, Warwickshire Police said.
Kalas then travelled back towards Stratford on the A439 Warwick Road before the crash happened.
Joseph's daughter, a passenger in the car, suffered minor injuries in the incident, the IOPC said.
Cragg told the inquest that the IOPC investigation was expected to last six months and that both Joseph's and Kalas's family, who did not attend the hearing, were aware of its involvement.
He said investigators had retraced the route of the pursuit, identified potential CCTV footage and had gathered "detailed accounts" from officers involved.
McGovern said he had been unable to set a date for a full inquest due to the ongoing IOPC investigation.
He offered his condolences to all those who had been affected by the two deaths.
