A casualty on the tracks at an east London Tube station has led to severe disruption on the London Underground.
Local MP Stella Creasy confirmed the incident on the tracks at Walthamstow Central station this morning, that caused the closure of the entire Victoria line, which has since reopened with severe delays.
The British Transport Police confirmed the incident was not being treated as suspicious and a person had been taken to hospital with “potentially life-threatening injuries”.
Elsewhere trains between central London and Heathrow are disrupted on Monday after a trackside fire sparked travel chaos over the weekend.
The fire at Scrubs Lane in Kensal Green caused an electricity supply failure which blocked all lines between Paddington and Heathrow, National Rail said on Saturday afternoon.
Elizabeth line trains will not serve Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 while the Heathrow Express services is running a reduced schedule.

More details on the casualty on the tracks at Walthamstow Central station this morning have been provided by police.
The British Transport Police said they were called to the Victoria line station at 9.15am to reports of a casualty on the tracks.
They said paramedics also attended, and a person was taken to hospital with “potentially life-changing injuries”.
They said the incident was not being treated as suspicious.

In a response to a commuter on Monday morning, GWR said Network Rail and the fire department was resolving the issues “as fast as they can.”
The post added: “Unfortunately the damage is quite severe so this is taking time.”
In images, the infrastructure beside the track appears to be charred by the flames.

Services to Heathrow are facing disruption due to a trackside fire on Saturday. The Elizabeth line is not serving Heathrow Terminal 5, while the Heathrow Express is operating a reduced service.
For those travelling to the west London airport, the Piccadilly line is your best bet.

As commuters head into work, there are still severe delays on the Elizabeth line.
Due to the fire on Saturday in the Kensal Green area, there are severe delays between Heathrow Terminals 2&3 and Heathrow Terminal 5.
There are also severe delays between Hayes & Harlington and Reading.
Delays 'blighting' passengers on Monday morning commute
Several commuters have taken to social media to complain about the disruption across the Elizabeth line and GWR services this morning.
One wrote: “Yet again delays are blighting me!!”, while another complained that they had been asked to change at Maidenhead with no information on delays on the Elizabeth line.
380 passengers stranded on Saturday
Some 380 passengers on an Elizabeth line train were left stranded on Saturday.
They were safely evacuated by the London Fire Brigade and TfL.
Railway services on the Elizabeth line and Great Western Main line remain impacted by the disruption on Monday morning.

Great Western Railway has blamed vandalism for the chaos after the trackside fire between Reading and London Paddington.
The disruption is resulting in fewer operating trains on Great Western services this morning and train services running between these stations could be revised or cancelled, with disruption expected until the end of the day.
