London travel news LIVE: 'Infrastructure damage' at Tube station causes delays for entire line
‘Infrastructure problems’ at a south London Tube station are continuing to cause severe delays across the entire Victoria line this morning.
The issue was first reported at Brixton Tube station yesterday (Tuesday) and is still impacting the the route from Brixton and Walthamstow Central, leaving travellers with long waits on busy platforms.
TfL states: “Severe delays due to infrastructure damage at Brixton. Tickets will be accepted on, London Buses, Weaver Line, Suffragette Line, Great Northern, Thameslink, South Western Railway and Southeastern via any reasonable route.”

Due to a person being taken unwell at Angel, there are minor delays on the Northern line between Camden Town and Kennington via Bank southbound only.
There is a good service on the rest of the line.
There are also minor delays on the DLR between Woolwich Arsenal and Stratford International due to an earlier electrical fault at the latter.
Minor delays on Victoria line
There are minor delays on the Victoria line due to infrastructure damage at Brixton.
Yesterday, there was a signal failure on the Victoria line, causing widespread delays for the majority of the day.
It is not clear whether these incidents are related.
