Meghan Markle shared a video showing her and Lilibet cooking homemade jam and attending to honey bees.

The Duchess of Sussex posted the sweet clip on her Instagram page featuring her and Prince Harry’s daughter, Princess Lilibet.

While the Sussexes carefully protect their children’s privacy, fans have been treated to glimpses of their life in Montecito, California, prior to the family’s recent return to the UK.

In the latest peek behind the scenes, Meghan showed her almost five million followers a moment in the kitchen with five-year-old Lilibet.

As the camera pans from a pot of bubbling raspberry jam to the five-year-old, Meghan asks ‘what do you think Lili?’

‘I think it’s beautiful,’ her daughter replies while mixing a dab of jam with a wooden spatula.

The 45-year-old gave a shout-out to the team at her lifestyle brand As Ever, which features gift jams, candles, teas and wines.

Meghan wrote in the caption: ‘When I was about eight years old I started my own business making handmade scrunchies I sewed on my grandmother’s Singer sewing machine and sold for $1 a piece.

‘I sold Girl Scout cookies, had lemonade stands, worked in a frozen yogurt shop and had countless other jobs. My entrepreneurial spirit was always there.

‘As I shared years ago on The Tig (PS, love you ladies @thetiglets): “Behind every successful woman is herself” – and that’s true… but there’s more: a community of love, a squad of support, an amazing team.

‘As I pinch myself looking at how this brand has grown, and as we introduce our holiday collection, I feel very proud, and grateful.

‘A huge thanks to my team at @aseverofficial.’

‘So proud of what we are creating together. Thanks for helping bring this vision to life.’

The video also featured childhood images of young Meghan and moments during the creation of the As Ever brand, which started originally as American Riviera Orchard in 2024 before rebranding to its current name.

In one clip, Meghan attempts to eat as many raspberries off her fingers as possible before the video cuts into her in a beekeeper’s outfit crefully moving a honeycomb.

She asks Lilibet standing behind her and also dressed the beekeeper costume ‘You see, Lili?’

In another clip, Meghan and Harry admire the contents of a gift basket.

The Sussexes, Prince Archie and Lilibet moved back to the UK in August ahead of the children starting school.

Last week, two photographers believed to be international paparazzi were criticised for loitering near the grounds of the school attended by Archie and Lilibet.
