Princess and Junior Andre lead stars in new Celebrity Race Across The World

Four teams of two leave their phones and home comforts behind as they attempt to become the quickest to reach a destination without using air travel.
Princess and Junior, the children of former glamour model Katie Price and her ex-husband Peter Andre, will compete together.

Eyre will be joined by her childhood friend Nana, Stelling will compete with his son Matt, and Ryder will embark on the trip alongside his tour manager Kaz Coles.
The teams will set off from the city of Kuching, Malaysia, and will have to reach five checkpoints across three countries and two continents, ultimately aiming for the southern tip of Australia and the finish line in Melbourne.
The teams will need to rely on their own resourcefulness, local transport, and the kindness of strangers to make it further into the race, equipped with only a map and a budget of just £26 per person a day.
Tim Harcourt, chief creative officer of production company Studio Lambert, said: “This year’s pairs navigate a journey that lays bare two extremes of today’s world.

“We can’t wait to share how they get on. Contestants give unfiltered and honest reactions to the experiences they face that are as demanding as they are joyful.
“That’s so rare on television and it’s clear audiences love seeing their favourite stars deal with these daring challenges in spectacular worlds.”
This series will air this autumn and Race Across The World will return to BBC One and iPlayer next spring.
