Banking app Revolut has gone ‘down’ with users reporting an error alert when they try to check their accounts.
When opening the app, users got a ‘Something went wrong’ message, instructing them to ‘try again later’.
Some Lloyds users reported issues using their banking app too, but errors were limited to ‘certain online services’.
Meanwhile, those on Revolut were left unable to get into the app at all to check balances or transfer money.
A spokesperson for Revolut told : ‘We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting multiple services. We can confirm that all our customers’ money and data are safe.
