Selena Gomez was surprised by husband Benny Blanco with a stay in a suite at a swanky London hotel, while the former Disney Channel star stays in the city for work.
Given Blanco’s fear of flying, it seemed as though the couple may not reunite until filming was over, but Blanco has surprised Gomez by sailing across the Atlantic to visit her in London throughout the summer.
On Monday, the “Lose You to Love Me” singer shared a series of pictures and videos to Instagram from her husband’s latest visit, which she captioned: “Some work and my sweet, sweet hubby.”
The first clip showed Gomez, wearing a pale pink silk dress, walking through a huge hotel suite with the floor covered in rose petals. The camera follows Gomez from behind, showing her arriving in the bedroom where a heart made from rose petals is waiting for her.
Gomez also included a selfie of herself and her husband of nearly a year in a car and sat in a London park together, as well as plenty of pics from the set.
The final photo showed the pair in a candlelit restaurant where the walls are made of dark wood. Gomez and Blanco are both drinking martinis and sitting with a scoop of ice-cream with a single candle and two spoons between them, presumably as a delayed celebration of Gomez’s 34th birthday on 22 July.
Gomez shared her first photo dump from filming season six of comedy-crime series Only Murders in the Building in London back in May, and was seen filming in Shoreditch in July.

Gomez co-stars in the series alongside Steve Martin and Martin Short, with the upcoming Britain-set sixth season set to star a plethora of British talent, including Jennifer Saunders, Martin Freeman, Simone Ashley, Jane Horrocks, Geri Halliwell, Jamie Demetriou, David Tennant, Richard Ayoade and Olivia Colman.
Friends Keep Secrets podcast host Blanco first revealed that he was travelling to visit Gomez in July, sharing a video of himself from a boat which he jokingly captioned: “POV: ur traveling across the Atlantic in the titanic to see ur wife bc ur scared of flying.”
“The things we do for love,” he captioned the post.
