The son of a British influencer who died from complications after a fifth penis enlargement procedure has said his father had ‘nothing to be ashamed of’.

Igho ‘Tiny’ Ubiribo, a Nigerian-born British businessman with 186,000 Instagram followers, died in Bangkok in March after undergoing a cosmetic procedure.

The 51-year-old’s death was caused by a pulmonary embolism, which is a blood clot in the lungs, an inquest at Westminster Coroner’s Court heard.

His cause of death was recorded as a ‘genital hyaluronic acid injection’, with traces of the filler found in his lungs.

Ubiribo, known online as Ego2222, had presented a glamorous lifestyle to his followers, with designer clothes, fast cars, luxury holidays and high-end properties.

But his family have questioned why he underwent the procedure in the first place.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, his 21-year-old son Junior said there was nothing wrong with his father’s penis and insisted he ‘didn’t have anything to be ashamed of’.

‘No one [in the family] believes that the procedure was the cause of his death,’ Junior said.

‘He didn’t have a micro penis, he didn’t have anything to be ashamed of.’

Junior, who is an IT worker and one of Ubiribo’s eight children, said he was also unconvinced that the family had been given the full picture about his father’s final moments.

‘He’s had multiple partners, he wouldn’t need a penis enlargement,’ he said.

‘It’s actually quite painful to read these reports about him having this surgery because he didn’t need it.’
