She was clocked doing 53mph in a 20mph zone before hitting cyclist Harry Webb, who died following the crash in Hackney, east London.

Mr Webb, an ‘intelligent and wonderfully caring’ drummer and musician, was left with a ‘traumatic’ head injury following the collision on Kenworthy Road, after Treanor-Johnson drove off from the scene.

The 27-year-old masters student had only hours earlier moved into his new accommodation for his second year at the London College of Contemporary Music.
