Following the unveiling of the slimmer, sleeker Oura ring 5, its predecessor, the Oura ring 4 went on sale. Now, it’s cheaper than ever thanks to Amazon Prime Big Deal Days.
The high-tech, health-tracking jewellery piece has been discounted to £189 – if you’ve been weighing up whether to invest, now’s the time.
Though beloved by A-listers across the globe, the Oura is far from just a fad. Offered in a myriad of styles to suit your personal aesthetic, the remarkably high-tech ring delivers accurate, personalised health data, insights, and daily guidance.
The Oura ring 4’s smart features include meal and glucose tracking capability – designed to give users a better understanding of how diets impact overall health – alongside sleep, activity and stress tracking.
Perhaps best known for its sleep tracking capabilities, the Oura 4 is prized for delivering in-depth data about your sleep stages and how well you slept. It’s even smart enough to detect a change in your body temperature, which might signify that you’re getting a cold. Now that’s hi-tech health.

When wellness writer Maisie Bovingdon reviewed the ring, she said: “I’ve worn the Oura ring 4 fairly religiously for over a year – testament to how comfortable it is.” Praising it as “lightweight, water-resistant (up to 100m) and non-allergenic, it doesn’t irritate skin.” She added that “there is no denying the tracking data is impressive.
“The built-in Smart Sensing technology tracks over 30 biometrics for a detailed look into key health statistics, while the ‘Readiness’ score helped determine what my body needed to tackle fatigue.”
Oura also now offers users insights on cardiovascular age, relative to chronological age, to promote health choices that encourage longevity. Where fitness trackers have previously focused on male-centric metrics, the Oura 4 features women’s health insights in the form of cycle tracking, providing health and training tips depending on where in your menstrual cycle you’re at.
With 23 per cent slashed off the price, now’s the time to invest in the Oura ring 4.
