Two more charged over Armadale shooting

Two men have been charged in connection with a suspected shooting in West Lothian.

Police were called to a property on Harestanes Road in Armadale at about 11:50 on Saturday 12 September.

Billy Watson, 35, was found injured and died at the scene.

A 29-year-old man and 44-year-old man are due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Monday.

Another man, 57-year-old Frank McCarthy, appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court on Friday charged with murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.

He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
