What now for Richarlison? Tottenham star's transfer options revealed as Turkey move falls through

Richarlison is running out of time to find a new club after he failed to complete a move from Tottenham to Trabzonspor before the Turkish transfer deadline.
His options, though, are quickly dwindling after he was left out of Spurs’ Premier League squad.
Everton were among the sides said to be interested in his services, but no move materialised before Tuesday night’s transfer deadline.
Trabzonspor then emerged as a potential destination, but again, a move did not come to be before the Turkish transfer window came to a close on Friday evening.
This leaves Richarlison in a spot of bother, unable to represent Tottenham and with attractive destinations few and far between now the Scottish, Belgian and Dutch transfer windows have all closed.

Which begs the question: where can the Brazilian go next?
A transfer to might be attractive for Richarlison, himself a native Portuguese speaker. Primeira Liga clubs can continue shopping until September 15.
Major League Soccer is no longer an option - that window closed on Tuesday, too - but he has until September 11 to negotiate a return to his home nation of . The transfer window in closes the same day.
It remains to be seen what Tottenham might do with Richarlison should he fail to find a move, though reports from Talksport suggest the club are considering terminating his contract, which would allow the 29-year-old to move as a free agent.
“Despite all this turmoil, I am under contract at Spurs and will remain at the club’s disposal,” Richarlison wrote in a statement last week.
