A woman caught on camera ‘intentionally’ running over a puppy in her car has been arrested after a massive search.
Hahn Nguyen, 75, was arrested by the Santa Ana Police Department after police tracked her down with licence plate registration.
Horrifying footage showed Nguyen pulling her minivan off of the freeway in Los Angeles on September 8.
She then took out the 9-month-old pit bull puppy named Blackley and sat him underneath the vehicle.
After sprinkling dog food near the driver’s door, she drove forward as the puppy was sniffing it and ran him over.
When confronted, she admitted to owning and abandoning the puppy.

If found guilty of intentionally killing the puppy, Nguyen could face up to three years in prison and $20,000 in fines as a felony charge.
It took weeks for police to find the woman as they scoured video evidence.
When police came to Nguyen’s house, they found the minivan in the footage parked inside her garage.

The incident has sparked outrage online.
‘That is awful. How can anybody do something like that to a little puppy, to any type of little animal? That’s horrific,’ one person wrote.
Another said: ‘It’s beyond scope how anyone can be that f***ing sick and cruel to that poor innocent little puppy.’
