An X Factor finalist accused of murdering an influencer over an 'ongoing dispute' outside a West End nightclub has been granted permission to change lawyers.
Gabrielle Precious Carrington, 29, known online as 'Rielleuk', allegedly ran over TikTok and Instagram star Klaudia 'Klaudiaglam' Zakrzewska, 32, outside Inca in Argyll Street, Soho.
Polish-born Klaudia, who boasted an online following of nearly 260,000 on Instagram, died in hospital six days later.
Two other pedestrians, Anoush Chyche, in his 50s, and Latisha Armstrong, in her 30s, were also injured during the incident in the early hours of 19 April this year.
Carrington has now been allowed to change representation - although is unable to have her preferred lawyer, James Scobie KC, because he is not available during her murder trial next year.
During a brief administrative hearing at the Old Bailey today, Her Honour Judge Sarah Whitehouse KC warned people watching on from the public gallery not to commit contempt of court by posting about the case on social media.
Before she retired, she said: 'I am going to give a general warning to the public gallery and interested persons.
'Newspaper editors are fully aware and advised by lawyers about what the rules are about contempt of court.

'Members of the public are, of course, not always aware about what the rules are.
'It is very important, therefore, for anybody considering publishing anything about what goes on in a court hearing, it is very important to avoid doing it unless you are a professional newspaper reporter, because ignorance of the law is not a defence.
'I advise anyone thinking of posting on social media not to do it, as it may be in contempt of court.'
Carrington appeared at the Old Bailey today with brown braided hair, waving at a handful of supporters in the public gallery as she entered the dock.
The defendant, of Broadfield Road in Manchester, denies murder and grievous bodily harm with intent.
She remains in custody and will next appear on 9 October for further case management.
Carrington previously appeared at the magistrates' court where it was heard she had been in an 'ongoing dispute' with Ms Zakrzewska.
Ms Zakrzewska had posted videos from the nightclub on the night she was struck.
As a teenager, Carrington, also known as RIELLEUK, made it through to the live finals of The X Factor in 2013 as part of girl group Miss Dynamix after impressing Take That singer Gary Barlow and the other judges.
The season was won by singer Sam Bailey.
More recently, she has become an influencer, with 362,000 followers on Instagram.
