A rainfall warning was issued for parts of Northern Ireland on Sunday, with the potential for travel disruption.

The Met Office yellow alert, which lasted until 14:00 BST, warned of intense rainfall before conditions improved.

The organisation expected between 20-40mm of rain falling in just a few hours in some places.

It also warned of a possibility that a small number of homes and businesses could be flooded.

The rain gradually cleared from the west around lunchtime with drier and sunnier weather following behind.
